First setup: channels and roles

Pick the channels the bot posts in and give your staff their rights.

Channels

  1. 1Dashboard → Settings → Channels (ST-01).
  2. 2Status panel: a channel everyone can read. The bot keeps one message there up to date.
  3. 3Action log: a staff-only channel with every moderation action.
  4. 4Recaps and seed calls: optional, pick them when you want them.

Forum channels work too: the bot keeps one post per purpose inside the forum.

Staff roles

See “Roles and permissions”. Only members with Manage Server can do everything by default.

Setup guide

Dashboard → Overview shows what is still missing, in order, and warns you when a channel was deleted or the bot lost its rights there. Each item has a button that opens the right setting.
