Roles and permissions for staff

1. 1Dashboard → Settings → Roles & permissions (ST-02).
2. 2Add a role and tick its rights: warn, kick, ban, unban, whitelist, map votes, events and so on.
3. 3Save. Staff only see the parts of the dashboard their role allows.

Warn, kick, ban and unban are separate rights, so unbans can stay with managers. Limits such as a maximum ban length can be set per role.

Staff checks

Settings → Staff checks (ST-28): when a role is not allowed to do something alone, it becomes a request with Approve and Deny buttons instead of a refusal.
