Whitelist and priority queue

• /whitelist add player: duration: (empty = permanent), /whitelist remove, /whitelist list
• Dashboard → Whitelist to see and edit every entry
• Settings → Booster & role whitelist (ST-20): Nitro boosters and chosen roles get a slot automatically
• Seeding rewards add timed slots by themselves (see “Seeding rewards”)

A player can have several reasons at once (a role, a reward, an admin). They keep the slot as long as one reason still holds.
